Eric oversees strategy and development. He has more than 16 years of experience in renewable energy, mainly in C&I development and installation as well as community solar development.

Before Entero, Eric held management positions with startups and public companies including PRC Environmental Management, Vocaltec Communications, Agea Corporation and CT Investors. Eric is originally from Washington, DC, and received his BA from Duke University and MBA from Yale University.

Aubrey oversees Entero processes and is responsible for client satisfaction. She has more than 7 years of experience in general contracting, much of it in solar energy.

Before Entero, Aubrey was with SunPower Corporation, Palmetto Contracting Company and ADT/SunPro Solar, where she managed accounts in ten states. She lives with her family in Austin, Texas, where our main office is located.

Matt oversees the planning, execution and management of our commercial projects, from sale to installation, and keeps Entero's operating procedures as efficient as possible.

Before solar, Matt earned his Petroleum Engineering degree from LSU and spent four years as a Field Engineer for an oil and gas completions company in the Permian Basin, a high-paced environment that sharpened his ability to solve problems before they arise.

Elena leads business development and client outreach, including Energy Audit Reports and solar proposals. She works hand in hand with clients and their commercial lenders on loan programs and commercial solar needs.

Elena holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Utah and has almost 20 years of business development experience in banking and finance, with expertise in SBA and government-guaranteed lending at banks, CDCs, non-bank lenders and fintech.

As Vice President of Development, Nathan oversees business development and sales process optimization. He focuses on building efficient designs, presenting polished proposals, and expanding sales.

After getting his B.S. in Environmental Science with an emphasis in renewable energy and climate change, Nathan spent 11 years in solar sales and system design before joining Entero Energy. In that time, he got his NABCEP PV Technical Sales certification while working on hundreds of residential and commercial solar and storage projects across the country.

A lover of the outdoors living in the Pacific Northwest, Nathan is passionate about utilizing solar and storage to help transition the world to a clean energy future.
